Refunds

• Refund Process: After receiving your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Shipping Costs: Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the product was defective or we made an error in your order.

How to Return an Item

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
3. Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process outlined above. You can choose to exchange the product for the same item or a different product of equal value, depending on availability.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at admin@virphone.net or call 844-684-9222. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
